Dr. Rick Roque

Rick Roque is a banker, technology entrepreneur, and educator.  From the ’90s working in tech in Silicon Valley, building consumer-focused social media applications or enhancing the consumer experience by developing creative partnerships between synergistic brands and technologies, Rick is described as “powerful”, “innovative”, and “boundless” in developing solutions that add value to customers and consumers.

  

Rick’s accomplishments in technology, business, and banking have made him a sought-after speaker and consultant by technology companies and banking firms across the United States.


Since 2009, Menlo has worked with hundreds of mortgage lenders across the United States, many top 50 depository and non-depository Mortgage Lenders in their M&A, Growth, and Technology related needs. 

Rick has spoken at over 50 mortgage conferences since 2013 and is a featured contributor in Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Rob Chrisman, Inside Mortgage Finance, National Mortgage Banker, and Mortgage Compliance Magazine to name a few, speaking on Mortgage and Housing-related market trends, technologies and forecasts. 


A published author of over three dozen published articles and a book contributing author in Banking Trends, Technology, Minority Homeownership, Mortgage Compliance, and Financial Leadership. He has worked on projects with Spencer Rascoff, CEO of Zillow, Josh Altman, and Fredrik Eklund of Million Dollar Listing TV program on BRAVO, and President Donald Trump, of The Trump Organization.


As a technologist, banker, and thought leader, Rick connects company vision, strategy, and the consumer experience (UX).  Rick brings practical business partnerships across technology vendors and channel marketing partners.   Rick helps create influence, product transformation, sales and profitability growth, and value to consumers. —
